Tech Inside: Secrets of AI search optimisation emerge
Companies that have relied on search-engine optimisation (SEO) for more than 20 years are looking for alternatives as AI such as ChatGPT spreads. Interest is rising in generative engine optimisation and answer engine optimisation. A McKinsey survey in August 2025 found half of respondents actively use AI-based search engines, and the firm forecast $750 billion in spending by 2028 on products and services found via AI search. Reports and experts point to greater emphasis on user content, website structure, context and platform differences.

After closing business, importer builds Korean version of Moltbok, says do not learn coding, make it do the work
Min Dae-sik, founder of Meoseum.com, said non-developers can build usable services with AI, arguing it is better to describe ideas clearly than to learn coding. A former kettlebell importer, he said a surge in the won-dollar exchange rate under Trump’s second term forced him to liquidate his company in September. He later built a Korean version of the AI agent community Moltbok in three hours and rejected monetisation offers.

Allison HyperM declares shift to AI-based communications, hires CTO and CNO
Allison HyperM, a PR and digital marketing firm, declared a shift to an AI-based communications company as part of its AI transformation strategy. The company said it hired Kim Jun-kyung, a PR professional with 23 years of experience, as chief transformation officer and Byun Jung-hyun, a narrative communications specialist with 20 years of experience, as chief narrative officer. It said it will focus on AI transformation and narrative innovation.
