ADTechnology to target edge and sovereign CPU design market
ADTechnology said it will shift from a traditional design house model based on customer drawings to proactively proposing AI server chip architectures. CEO Joon-kyu Park said the company will move from a passive approach to an active model of proposing needed architectures and co-developing them with clients. It aims to reach 1.5 trillion won in revenue by 2030 and plans to target demand for ARM-based CPUs for edge servers and sovereign environments.

AD Technology targets North American AI-RAN and DRAN markets
AD Technology said it will target the North American AI infrastructure market with its self-developed 2-nanometre CPU platform. The company said it signed an MOU in New Jersey with Kenyi Technologies to develop a next-generation high-performance computing SoC platform. The partnership marks the first customer project application for AD Technology’s custom CPU, ADP620. The companies will co-develop an edge server solution integrating ADP620, a DPU and Arm-based chiplets.

AD Technology shifts to AI infrastructure architecture partner
AD Technology said it will shift its business structure beyond a simple design house to become an AI infrastructure architecture partner. The company said it will use its return to profitability in 2025 and a sharp rise in sales to build a system that leads the full process from architecture planning to mass production with its own technology. It reported consolidated revenue of 164.5 billion won last year, operating profit of about 2.85 billion won and net profit of 3.43 billion won.
