Musinsa steps up AI-native push, CTO Jeon Jun-hee vows fashion tech ecosystem
Musinsa is moving to become an AI-native company by designing systems, work methods and products around AI from the outset, its CTO Jeon Jun-hee said. The company has launched conversational commerce on KakaoTalk’s ChatGPT for Kakao and is applying in-house technologies to personalise shopping. It is also expanding AI use in customer service, review summaries and secondhand fashion, and plans wider rollout across non-development functions while building AI literacy.

OpenAI revises ChatGPT e-commerce strategy into information hub instead of instant checkout
OpenAI\'s plan to turn ChatGPT into an e-commerce platform like Amazon is not going smoothly. TechCrunch reported on March 24 that OpenAI has revised its strategy, scaling back ChatGPT\'s instant checkout feature and strengthening product discovery instead. OpenAI said the feature did not provide enough flexibility. It plans to let merchants use their own payment systems and have shops build in-app experiences that direct consumers to their websites.
