KB Kookmin Bank to introduce one-hour early leave on Fridays
KB Kookmin Bank said on Tuesday it will introduce a policy allowing employees to leave work 1 hour early every Friday. The bank said the measure aims to support work-life balance and improve efficiency, including easing burdens for staff juggling work with childcare and caregiving. The scheme will begin with voluntary implementation on Feb. 27 and be formally rolled out on March 6. Branch business hours will remain unchanged.
