Superfast, an IP-based culture-tech company and holding firm of 111 Percent, said on Feb. 26 it signed a strategic partnership with Loud Corporation to jointly develop and commercialise intellectual property. It plans to design new original IP that considers games and K-culture elements, and build an integrated pipeline from planning and production to investment, platform expansion, distribution and circulation. Superfast also made a strategic investment to become Loud Corporation’s third-largest shareholder.
