SKT to verify reliability of 'national AI' model at MWC

SK Telecom said on Feb. 25 it will join the Global AI Red Team Challenge held during MWC26 to verify the safety and reliability of its in-house artificial intelligence model, A.X K1. About 100 evaluators will test large language models from telecom and AI companies for potential misuse, including discriminatory responses and information breaches. The event is co-hosted by GSMA and Selectstar on March 3 in Barcelona.

Elice Group joins LG AI Research consortium to support K-EXAONE infrastructure

Elice Group said on Tuesday it has joined an LG AI Research consortium to participate in the government’s independent AI foundation model project. In the second consortium, it will take an infrastructure role to efficiently deliver LG AI Research’s K-EXAONE large language model to public and private sites. The company plans to build a managed AI platform and add K-EXAONE to its AI HelpyChat solution in April.

Notion launches Custom Agents to automate repetitive tasks

Notion said on Tuesday it has officially launched Custom Agents, which execute automated workflows based on schedules and triggers. The agents can process repetitive tasks even when users are offline, run within Notion and integrate with external tools including Slack, email and calendars. Notion said run histories are logged and permissions follow Notion pages. It also said Notion AI does not use customer data for training.
