Salesforce unveils next-generation contact centre solution enabling AI-agent collaboration

Salesforce on March 12 unveiled Agentforce Contact Center, a next-generation contact centre as a service solution that connects voice and digital channels, customer relationship management data and AI agents on one platform. It said many contact centres still operate with separated data, channels and AI systems, limiting results. The platform lets AI handle repetitive queries and passes complex cases to agents with full context. Savant Systems and Ferguson have adopted it.

TVING named outstanding OTT self-rating operator by Korea video rating board

TVING said on Wednesday it was selected as an “outstanding OTT self-rating classification operator” by the Korea Media Rating Board, the first domestic company to be chosen. The board held an awards and performance-sharing event and announced results after reviewing 2025 operations and user-protection activities of 10 OTT operators. TVING said it established a five-step review process and applies a five-tier rating system, while strengthening youth protection measures and post-monitoring.

KAIST finds way to control gravity-driven instability in liquid films

Michelangelo had to battle paint dripping onto his face while painting the Sistine Chapel ceiling, calling it closer to torture than painting. KAIST researchers said they developed a way to hold up such falling liquid. The team reinterpreted gravity-driven instability in a hanging liquid film and proposed controlling it by mixing a small amount of volatile liquid. Evaporation creates surface tension differences, generating Marangoni flow that suppresses instability, experiments showed.
