Hanpass sets IPO price at top end of range at 19,000 won after strong bookbuilding

Hanpass set its initial public offering price at the top end of its indicated range, 19,000 won, after drawing strong demand from institutional investors. The company said 2,229 domestic and overseas institutions took part in bookbuilding from March 6 to 12, posting a competition rate of 1,172.59 to 1. It expects to raise about 20.9 billion won and have an estimated market value of about 200 billion won after listing.

ByteDance builds large-scale AI computing power outside China

ByteDance is securing large quantities of Nvidia Blackwell chips in Malaysia as it concentrates on building AI computing infrastructure outside China, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the matter. It is working with Aolani Cloud to deploy about 500 Nvidia Blackwell systems and 36,000 B200 chips, with hardware costs estimated at more than $2.5 billion. ByteDance plans to use the capacity for overseas AI R&D and global AI services.

Wonderful AI raises $150 million in Series B for AI agent development platform

Wonderful AI, a startup developing a platform for building AI agents, has raised $150 million in Series B funding, SiliconANGLE reported on Thursday. The round was led by Insight Partners, with participation from Index Ventures, IVP, Bessemer Venture Partners and Vine Ventures. The company was valued at $2 billion in the round. Wonderful AI offers a natural language-based software platform with low-code tools, simulation testing and post-deployment monitoring features.
