The Postal Human Resources Development Institute under the Ministry of Science and ICT's Postal Service said on Jan. 12 it will expand AX training for all employees this year.

The institute will use AI in all training for new hires this year. It will also expand its on-site AI training programme to support the application of AI in the workplace. It will further refine operating standards in areas such as information security, content verification, and copyright and personal data protection to boost trust in the training.

At a recent AI research results presentation, the institute shared strong results aimed at strengthening AI capabilities in education. At the event, Park Taehee, head of the institute, stressed the importance of EduAIX, an education channel integrating Education, AI and eXperience.

Park said, "Through EduAIX special lectures, there needs to be a shift from existing PDF and PPT-based training materials to AI-based webpages, creating a living learning ecosystem that can be updated in real time."
