AI security and authentication platform company Raonsecure is conducting open recruitment for entry-level employees and experienced hires to lead the agentic AI era.

Raonsecure recently expanded and reorganised its AI Research Institute into an AI Business Division. It has signalled the launch this year of an agentic AI-based security automation platform as it shifts its business system fully toward AI. It is also developing 'AAM (Agentic AI Management)' technology to manage the identity and authority of agentic AI, with a plan to strengthen its position in the digital trust infrastructure market.

Key areas for the open recruitment include AI security model researchers and developers, AI-based security solution developers by platform, white-hat hackers, information security consultants and security consulting sales. All are core fields linked to Raonsecure's AI-focused business.

The company plans to secure talent with capabilities across various fields through the open recruitment. These include agentic AI security, generative AI security such as deepfakes, post-quantum cryptography (PQC) and cloud-based zero-trust security. It aims to respond pre-emptively to the rapidly changing AI security environment.

Raonsecure CEO Soon-hyung Lee (이순형) said, "In an era when AI is reshaping industries across the board, it is important to recruit key talent that will build a digital trust infrastructure where people, organisations and AI can collaborate safely." He added, "Raonsecure will invest this year as well in recruiting outstanding talent and strengthening employee welfare to reinforce leadership in the AI security market and make a global leap."
