KB Kookmin Bank on Wednesday launched 'KB Youth Club', a dedicated membership service for customers in their 20s.
KB Youth Club is a membership service available for free to any customer aged 18 to 29 through KB Star Banking. It offers various services and benefits through everyday missions and participatory challenges so customers in their 20s can experience finance in a more familiar way.
Key services include 'Moayo', 'Jeulgyeyo' and 'Military Club'. In 'Moayo', customers receive stamps for completing missions such as a mobile typing practice tool. In 'Jeulgyeyo', customers can use accumulated stamps to enter draws for prizes such as a Signiel hotel stay voucher and Seoul Jazz Festival tickets.
'Military Club' is a service for customers in their 20s serving in the military. It offers useful content for military life along with financial and non-financial benefits that can be used during the service period.
KB Kookmin Bank will hold events to mark the launch of the membership.
The first event runs through March 11 and is for customers who select one preferred prize and complete membership sign-up. The prizes include AirPods Max, LG Gram Pro AI, iPhone 17 Pro and PlayStation 5 Pro. The bank will draw 2,026 participants and provide coffee coupons.
From March 16 to April 16, a follow-up event is scheduled to offer the prize that receives the most votes from customers in their 20s in the first event.
A KB Kookmin Bank official said, "With this membership reflecting the daily lives and interests of customers in their 20s, we will continue sincere communication with customers." The official added, "We will continue to expand financial services tailored to customers' needs."
