Digital transformation (DX) company Etevers said on Monday it has signed an official partnership with global robotics firm Boston Dynamics and secured authorised reseller and service partner status in South Korea for the quadruped robot Spot.

Etevers visited the Boston Dynamics booth at CES 2026, an IT and electronics exhibition in Las Vegas, and discussed strengthening cooperation on robotics DX.

Boston Dynamics' Spot is an industrial robot platform being deployed worldwide at energy, construction, plant, mining, manufacturing, public safety and defense sites. Spot can carry out various high-difficulty tasks in areas that are difficult for people to access, including inspections of hazardous areas, real-time data collection, security patrols and detection of equipment abnormalities, Etevers explained.

Based on the partnership, Etevers plans to provide Smart Inspection solutions tailored to industry-specific environments including power, plants, construction, mining, manufacturing, public safety and defense. It also plans to build a robot-centric intelligent on-site operations system by linking Spot data with AI-based predictive maintenance and asset management platforms.

Etevers CEO Lee Ho-jun said, "Global robotics trends confirmed at CES are further accelerating DX innovation in industry and defense." He said, "Etevers will expand a DX ecosystem that combines robots and AI, and grow into an AI platform company that leads the domestic physical AI ecosystem."
