Cloud computing and digital transformation (DT) company InoGrid said on Monday it is shifting to an operating system of branches based on 6 regions nationwide to expand local customers and respond to growing demand for cloud services by region. It said it will push a sales expansion strategy focused on strengthening sales and technical support capabilities.

The company said the shift is intended to move away from its existing single operating structure centered on the Seoul metropolitan area, upgrade customer response processes by region, and gradually expand sales strategies tailored to local characteristics to strengthen its nationwide B2B customer support capabilities.

Ahead of the shift, InoGrid abolished an organisation directly under the CEO and carried out a companywide reorganisation into a six-group structure covering development, business, delivery, BD, strategy and management.

Based on the reorganisation, InoGrid will divide the country into 6 regions: Seoul and Gangwon, Incheon and Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, Honam, Yeongnam, and Daegu and North Gyeongsang.

Each branch will serve not merely as a sales base but as a cloud specialist, covering cloud services, AI infrastructure 구축, DR system 구축, win-back of foreign solutions, migration consulting, service operations and technical support.

The branch system will be overseen by Executive Director Park Hong-sun. Park, head of the Regional Expansion Business Division, said, "This shift to a branch system is a strategic decision to spread InoGrid's core competency in cloud technology nationwide and provide faster, differentiated, high-quality services to customers in each region." He said sales and technical support will work closely in each region to narrow the distance to customers and continue strengthening service competitiveness that can be felt in the field.
