Lenovo Korea has carried out support activities for childcare facilities for an eighth year. Lenovo Korea said on Jan. 12 it delivered gifts to children at childcare facilities in cooperation with international development NGO GFoundation. The activity is part of its global social contribution programme Love On Giving and is one of its community sharing campaigns that has continued for eight years.

The beneficiaries are three sites: Dongducheon Children Center in Dongducheon, Gyeonggi Province; Hyangrimwon in Geumsan, South Chungcheong Province; and Seongmin Orphanage in Hamyang, South Gyeongsang Province. Each facility runs programmes for children's daily protection and education, emotional support and independence. Lenovo Korea said it delivered gifts prepared for the year-end and New Year period to each facility.

Lenovo Korea carries out community sharing activities every year. It has previously cooperated with Sangnok Orphanage, Sinmangwon, Holt Child Welfare Association and Make-A-Wish. In the second half of last year, it conducted digital education volunteer work at an elementary school in Asan, South Chungcheong Province.

Lenovo Korea CEO Kyusik Shin said, "It was meaningful to be able to share warm feelings with children while continuing community sharing activities for 8 years." He added, "In 2026, Lenovo Korea will continue meaningful social contribution activities through the 'Love On Giving' programme as it grows together with local communities."
