Stablecoin transfers on the XRP Ledger over the past 30 days rose 10.8 percent to $4.28 billion.

The Crypto Basic, a blockchain outlet, reported on July 30 local time that the increase came alongside a trend of Ripple’s RLUSD expanding its dominance within the network.

The key point is that fund flows are actually rising. RWA.xyz, an analytics firm for real-world asset (RWA) data, said stablecoin movements have clearly increased. The trend shows stronger network activity and suggests more individuals and companies have begun using the XRP Ledger for fund transfers.

Market size also grew. Over the same 30 days, the XRP Ledger’s total stablecoin market capitalisation rose 12.27 percent to $926.11 million. RLUSD accounted for $872 million, or 94 percent of the total stablecoin market on the XRP Ledger.

Ripple launched RLUSD in December 2024 and initially focused on Ethereum, but has since shifted its supply focus to the XRP Ledger. It has conducted large-scale burns on Ethereum while increasing issuance on the XRP Ledger, changing RLUSD’s supply share by network.

Over the past 3 months, Ripple burned $1.15 billion of RLUSD on Ethereum and issued about $668 million. On the XRP Ledger, it burned $577 million and issued $1.2 billion. As a result, the XRP Ledger overtook Ethereum in RLUSD supply in June and now holds 55 percent of total RLUSD supply of about $1.58 billion.

The number of stablecoin holders also rose. Over the past 30 days, the number of stablecoin holders on the XRP Ledger increased 1.03 percent to 60,200. The increase was smaller than the rise in transfers or market capitalisation, but is seen as a sign the user base in the network is continuing to expand.

Stablecoins other than RLUSD are also joining the XRP Ledger ecosystem. The market capitalisation of BBRL, a Brazilian real-pegged stablecoin from Brazilian commercial bank Braza, is $15.1 million, while USDB issued by Braza is $12 million. Societe Generale-Forge’s EUR CoinVertible (EURCV) is $11.3 million, and Circle’s USDC is measured at $5.6 million on the XRP Ledger.

Circle in particular expanded the stablecoin mix by launching native USDC on the XRP Ledger in June 2025. As a result, the XRP Ledger is broadening its base toward accepting multiple stablecoins while maintaining an RLUSD-centred structure.

The figures show the XRP Ledger is increasing real-world use as a blockchain focused on payments and tokenised assets. With stablecoin circulation, market capitalisation and the number of holders rising together, the numbers confirm its use as a payments- and tokenised-asset-focused network.
