[Digital Today reporter Ji-young Lee] Hana Financial Group will run an integrated campaign in the Incheon area involving its bank, securities, card and savings bank units ahead of its move of group headquarters to Cheongna in September. It will operate local tailored programs including preferential financial product terms and prize events, small business loans and a university student contest.

Hana Financial said on Saturday it will run the integrated campaign through Sept. 30 to mark the relocation of group headquarters to Cheongna, with major affiliates taking part.

Participants include Hana Bank, Hana Securities, Hana Card and Hana Savings Bank. The group will provide affiliate-specific financial benefits and events, and will also pursue financial support and social contribution activities aimed at revitalising the Incheon regional economy.

Hana Bank will offer 50,000 limited "Naemam Savings" preferential rate coupons that provide an interest rate of up to 7 percent a year through its "Festival of Becoming One with Incheon" promotion. The preferential coupon rate is 4.4 percentage points a year.

It will also provide prizes through a draw for customers who sign up. The prizes include a cruise travel package voucher departing from Incheon for 1 winner, hotel stay and dining vouchers at major Incheon hotels for 5 winners, and Incheon e-eum cards worth 300,000 won for 20 winners.

It will also hold a contest titled "Please make a Group HQ promotional video" for university students in Incheon. Participating teams will receive 500,000 won per team in activity support funds and an activity confirmation certificate. The grand prize will receive a 2 million won scholarship, the top excellence prize 1 million won, and the excellence prize 500,000 won.

Hana Securities will run a "daily challenge, no-blank lucky draw" event for the first 70,000 customers who buy at least 1 share of a domestic stock. Participants can receive an air travel voucher worth 1 million won and domestic stock purchase coupons worth up to 5,000 won.

Hana Card will run an event titled "Spend in Incheon, get Hana Money!" for customers who make payments totalling at least 10,000 won at Incheon-based merchants. It will offer up to 50,000 Hana Money to 5,000 winners through a draw.

Hana Savings Bank will sell a regular savings product for Incheon residents limited to 5,000 accounts, offering an interest rate of up to 8 percent a year.

A Hana Financial official said, "The relocation of group headquarters to Cheongna is a starting point for Hana Financial to put down new roots in Incheon," adding, "Through the integrated campaign, we will become Incheon's new family that grows together with the local community."
