[Digital Today reporter Ho-jung Lee] Content platform company Ridi said on July 28 it is running a range of in-house programs to identify strong examples of artificial intelligence (AI) use and encourage employees' voluntary use of the technology to accelerate artificial intelligence transformation (AX).

The upgrade to its in-house programs was planned to go beyond simply introducing tools and foster an organizational culture in which employees actively test AI in real work and share know-how.

Ridi first introduced a system to select employees who use AI most effectively at work as "AI Champions" and share best practices across the organization.

Rather than merely checking whether AI is used, the system comprehensively evaluates factors including workplace innovation and productivity gains to identify real examples of work improvements. The company is supporting a company-wide spread of the selected practical know-how so other employees can refer to it directly and apply it to their own jobs.

It is also operating its in-house token management platform, "Token Race." The platform combines individual AI usage with game elements and visualizes it intuitively, creating an in-house environment in which employees can share one another's usage metrics and results and naturally spread AI use.

Ridi is also rolling out various support activities, including the "AI Builders" program for non-developer roles, regular AI training sessions and AI use guides. The company plans to build a virtuous cycle that organically links training, practical use and case sharing so AI use becomes a natural way of working rather than a one-off campaign.

A Ridi official said, "AI use must become an organizational culture beyond individual capabilities for it to lead to sustained workplace innovation," adding, "We will continue to create an environment where employees can grow together by sharing one another's AI use experiences."
