Online video service (OTT) Wavve said on Sunday it has added 20 binge-watch channels that schedule tvN dramas and variety shows 24 hours a day.
The newly added channels run by continuously scheduling specific titles and are available to both paid subscribers and free members.
Wavve opened seven drama binge-watch channels on July 13, including 'Goblin', 'Hotel Del Luna', 'My Mister' and 'Search: WWW'. It added 13 variety-show binge-watch channels on Sunday, including 'The Great Escape', 'Sixth Sense', 'Iron Girls' and 'Europe Outside Your Tent'.
'My Lovely Liar', 'Missing: The Other Side 2' and some variety shows are also offered as video-on-demand (VOD) alongside binge-watch channels.
The additions bring the number of live channels operated by Wavve to 152. Of these, 133 are offered free under an advertising-based free streaming TV (FAST) model.
The free channels include terrestrial broadcasters, general programming channels, news channels, sports, news and binge-watch channels.
A Wavve official said, "We will continue to expand a range of popular free channels to make it an everyday platform that anyone comes back to every day."
