Hecto Group is accelerating efforts to strengthen its in-house growth platform, Hecto Academy, by inviting experts representing AI and global industries to share the latest industry trends and business insights.

The company said Hecto Academy helps all employees understand and share the company’s direction and priorities, and supports individuals and the organisation in growing together by acquiring new knowledge and perspectives.

It aims to apply what is learned to actual work and spread it across the organisation, based on a virtuous cycle of Learning, Doing and Sharing.

A key feature is that working-level experts representing each field, including AI and global industries, take part directly as lecturers.

In the first half of this year, experts from AI services company Wrtn Technologies, AI chip company FuriosaAI, KAIST, global virtual asset exchange Binance and blockchain analytics company Chainalysis, among others, took part.

They shared real industry cases and the latest market trends on topics including strategies for using generative AI, the AI chip industry, stablecoins and changes in the global business environment.

Alongside external expert courses, Hecto Academy runs one-on-one coaching for executives, core leadership coaching for those in positions, internal expert courses, a course on using feedback and a Vibe Coding course, supporting employee growth from leadership to practical AI capabilities.

Based on the 70:20:10 learning principle, centred on work experience (70 percent), peer-to-peer learning (20 percent) and training courses (10 percent), it is running various challenges and communities and building a growth culture in which learning and execution spread across the organisation.
