U.S. defense technology company Anduril is seeking to raise new funding at a $100 billion valuation. TechCrunch reported on July 24 that if the fundraising is completed, Anduril's valuation would rise by about $40 billion from $61 billion in May this year.

Anduril raised $5 billion in May. That is about double its $30.5 billion valuation at its Series G round in June 2025. The fundraising could proceed in two phases, with the second phase potentially at a higher valuation. Both phases could close within the year.

With wars continuing in the Middle East and Eastern Europe, demand has risen for drones, autonomous aircraft and battlefield AI. As a result, venture investment in the defense sector exceeded $12 billion in the first half of this year. That already surpasses the roughly $10 billion raised by defense tech startups in all of 2025.

Anduril has contracts with the U.S. Department of Defense, the Air Force and the Army, the Dutch Ministry of Defence, NATO, the UK Ministry of Defence and Poland, among others. Anduril said in May that its 2025 revenue rose more than two-fold from the previous year to $2.2 billion.
