[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang] Meta has begun offering the large language model 'Muse Spark 1.1' to general users by applying it to the Meta AI chatbot. On July 24 (local time), SiliconANGLE reported that Meta will also introduce Facebook's account verification feature 'Facebook Verified' and a seller app called 'Seller' with the update.

Muse Spark 1.1, newly applied this time, was unveiled earlier this month and supports prompts up to 1 million tokens in length. It can handle complex tasks by forming groups of multiple AI agents.

If asked to plan a trip, it can research destinations and check user schedule information. Users preparing a kitchen remodel can use it to find online furniture retailers.

Research-related functions have also been strengthened. Meta AI can collect information for up to several minutes on a topic designated by the user. It can gather and present data from multiple sources, including research papers and social networks, and can visualize it if the user wants.

Facebook Verified lets users verify their accounts by uploading a video selfie. After completing verification, a check-mark badge is added to the profile. The feature is provided free to users aged 18 and older who have not violated the terms of service.

Meta plans to introduce the new Meta AI model, Facebook Verified and Seller in some markets first and then expand them sequentially.
