Douzone Bizon said on Thursday it has fully adopted Anthropic’s AI model Claude across its development organization.
The rollout covers all employees in development, planning and design roles. The company stressed that its entire core organization is shifting to a work environment alongside AI. It said it chose full-scale support spanning all roles, rather than pilot applications by department, so each employee can use AI without restrictions in day-to-day work.
According to the company, development staff will use Claude across the full development process, including code generation, code review, debugging, software testing and technical documentation. Planning and design staff plan to apply AI to defining requirements, drafting functional specifications, data analysis, generating ideas and documenting them, in order to reduce time spent on repetitive tasks and focus on higher value work.
Douzone Bizon said it aims to build a virtuous cycle that immediately reflects AI-use know-how verified directly in the development field into product advancement, as it has embedded its AI service ONE AI across core corporate work systems including ERP, groupware and document management.
Douzone Bizon co-CEO Yong-gu Ji (지용구) said, “AX is a process that goes beyond simply introducing new technology to fundamentally innovate the way companies work.” He said, “As a core product development organization now has an environment for precise collaboration with AI, we will lead customer companies’ digital transformation and AI innovation through fast and high-completeness AI services.”
