Offensive cybersecurity company Theori said on Tuesday it launched Xint Pulse, an on-demand diagnostic solution based on its AI vulnerability detection platform Xint.
The company said Xint Pulse keeps the inspection performance of its AI-based black-box penetration testing solution Xint Web, while supporting flexible adoption for individual web applications as needed.
Unlike Xint Web, which is designed to build a large-scale always-on defense system, it allows companies to start without burden from as little as a single application, tailored to their circumstances.
Theori said Xint Pulse is not a low-cost downgraded version with reduced performance for small teams, but runs the same high-performance Xint AI engine so scan depth and diagnostic quality are the same. It said even when testing just one asset, it provides a top-level vulnerability analysis report that includes real attack paths and clear reproducible code. It also supports up to three free retests to verify remediation results, and can be carried out at a reasonable and efficient cost.
Kwak Kyung-ju (곽경주), head of the Xint product, said the impact and risk of exposed vulnerabilities are the same regardless of the number of assets that need to be inspected. He said Xint Pulse will become a security partner not only for existing large clients but also for startups and small and mid-sized companies, enabling them to immediately secure needed levels of security at the moment they want and raise business trust.
