The seminar was designed with a practical focus to help participants respond to changes in the dining-out and delivery market and consumer trends.

A delivery-focused YouTuber known as 'Jang Coach' introduced platform operation strategies and ways to boost sales under the theme, 'How to run a delivery business more smartly'. Author Kim Yoo-jin (김유진) shared ways to respond to changes in the business environment under the theme, 'Key survival strategies to overcome a downturn,' based on content from the book 'Business Is Strategy'.

At the venue, Shinhan Bank, the Financial Supervisory Service and the Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation operated joint consultation booths.
