Douzone Bizon said on Tuesday it won Korea Airports Corp (KAC)'s contract for an "AI work innovation platform 구축 service." The project will rebuild Korea Airports Corp's groupware system on an AI basis. The company operates 14 airports nationwide.

Korea Airports Corp was selected by the government in October last year as a leading public institution for the use of AI. It has since carried out public-sector innovation projects. The latest project was 추진 after a pilot project.

Douzone Bizon will implement the platform by combining its Amaranth 10 business platform with the public-sector-only AI solution ONE AI Private Edition. AI will identify and support the context of administrative, audit, contract and legal affairs work.

Douzone Bizon will also build an "AI agent hub" linking about 8,700 knowledge assets, including internal airport rules and manuals, and data such as legal advice, statutes and precedents, based on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and the model context protocol (MCP). The function provides answers that comply with internal rules when employees ask questions in natural language.

The scope of work covers 3 areas: building AI infrastructure, building an AI work portal and upgrading AI services. Building AI infrastructure includes hardware such as Nvidia B300-based GPU servers and software licences. Building the AI work portal involves a full rebuild of the groupware system and the transfer of 13 million existing electronic approval documents. The project will also 추진 AI service upgrades linking AI agents to all groupware functions, including electronic approvals, web office, email, messenger and schedule management.

Douzone Bizon stressed it will apply a zero-trust-based security architecture that complies with the National Network Security Framework (N2SF). It also said it will implement multilayered security controls under the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) Zero Trust Guidelines 2.0. It also plans to include a two-way input and output guardrail system and real-time fact-checking to prevent AI answer hallucinations.

Douzone Bizon will serve as the lead contractor. The project will be carried out as a consortium with Daesin Information & Communications, MQnic and Wuyeon System as joint contractors. The project period is 15 months. Douzone Bizon added it has carried out 52 closed groupware projects for public institutions over the past 5 years.

A Douzone Bizon official said the project would convert a large state-run company's groupware to an AI-based system. "We will implement an environment where about 2,700 Korea Airports Corp employees can work with AI," the official said.
