Douzone Bizon said on Monday it published a sustainability management report that includes its AI transformation (AX) strategy and environmental, social and governance (ESG) management results.

The report complied with GRI Standards 2021, an international standard for sustainability reporting, and partially reflected requirements of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). The new slogan is "True innovation, beyond AX".

Douzone Bizon selected five key material topics through a double materiality assessment: product and technology innovation, information security, talent recruitment and development, greenhouse gas reductions, and ethical and compliance management.

Douzone Bizon is supporting corporate customers' AX by combining AI solutions such as ONE AI and GEN AI DEWS with key business platforms including OmniEsol, Amaranth 10 and WEHAGO. It also expanded ONE AI Private Edition for closed-network environments in the public and financial sectors, as well as a lineup of specialised vertical AI offerings such as tax law and labour assistants.

It also added functions to help customers respond to changes in global disclosure standards and tightening accounting and non-financial regulations such as IFRS 18.

In information security, it maintained zero incidents of customer information and personal data breaches for a second straight year. It holds ISO 27001 certification under the Information Security Management System (ISMS) international standard and Cloud Security Assurance Program (CSAP) certification, and it said it became the first private-sector entity to be designated a personal information safety zone in January last year.

In environmental initiatives, it improved the power usage effectiveness (PUE) of its core infrastructure, the D Cloud Center, to 1.52 in 2025 from 1.60 in 2021. It recorded a 16.9 percent power-saving rate through pre-cooling facilities that use the natural environment of Chuncheon. It also pushed ahead with switching all business vehicles to hybrids and introducing hydrogen commuter buses.

Through the "Red Heart Project" that has been in operation since 2009, it provided a total of 22,016 hours of educational support to 2,409 local students in 2025.

Douzone Bizon is investing in and fostering startups based in Gangwon as an operator of TIPS, a technology startup programme run by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. The cumulative number of new jobs created locally by the invested companies is 194. It is also taking part as an anchor company in the Chuncheon Corporate Innovation Park project to promote the creation of an AI and bio convergence industry ecosystem.
