Wemade has released a regular report detailing its environmental, social and governance (ESG) management results and key initiatives going forward.

According to Wemade on Sunday, the company published its "Wemade Sustainability Management Report 2025" on its official website. Wemade has issued the report annually since 2023 to strengthen communication with stakeholders. The latest report focuses on practical outcomes that combine its core business with its ESG strategy.

According to the report, Wemade upgraded its double materiality assessment, which considers both financial impact and social and environmental impact. It adopted "service quality management" as a new priority task directly linked to the essential value of games and blockchain companies. Based on this, it will work to secure service stability, strengthen user protection and rights, and create a fair and safe gaming environment.

In the environmental area, it introduced climate scenario analysis to step up risk management. Based on international standard scenarios, it analysed the financial impact of climate change to establish a response system and presented mid- to long-term goals through 2050.

In the social area, it immediately implemented improvement tasks identified through a human rights impact assessment. It also moved to strengthen the working environment by introducing a flexible work system across the company and conducting an employee satisfaction survey.

In the governance area, it made board performance evaluations a regular practice to improve effectiveness and transparency. It also strengthened internal controls, including anti-corruption and compliance risk assessments based on the ISO 37001 anti-bribery management system standard and mandatory ethics training for all employees.

A Wemade official said the 2025 sustainability management report contains outcomes that go beyond declarative ESG and embed ESG across its core games business and the broader blockchain ecosystem. The official said the company will continue to identify and implement ESG tasks tailored to its games and blockchain businesses to play the role of a responsible global company.
