ITCEN Global said on Wednesday it won the Science and ICT Minister’s Award in recognition of its work to build a systematic technology talent training system and help create quality jobs.
The company said the award followed its management philosophy that “technical talent is corporate competitiveness” and its companywide focus on developing specialised personnel who can respond to a rapidly changing artificial intelligence and cloud market environment.
Led by ITCEN Global, ITCEN Group significantly strengthened its in-house training infrastructure to maximise each member’s technical capabilities. The ITCEN GEN AI Bootcamp and ITCEN Cloud Academy move away from theory-centred education and are training practical experts capable of carrying out real projects.
An ITCEN Global official called the award a valuable result of the “talent-centred management” pursued by ITCEN Group. The official said the company will continue to build a virtuous technology ecosystem in which technically skilled talent can fully develop their capabilities and grow together, as an IT services specialist company representing South Korea.
