Cloud and IT services company SCK said on the 28th that it was selected as a 2025 Korea Work-Life Balance Excellent Company, an event hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and other ministries.
SCK said it has supported work-life balance through measures such as flexible work, stronger maternity protection and the creation of a horizontal organisational culture. It said the selection shows that the government has formally recognised the effectiveness of these efforts.
SCK Chief Executive Lee Seung-geun said the company maintains surplus staffing of about 130 percent so employees can use the systems without hesitation. He said the company will continue to develop the systems by treating employee happiness as an important basis for sustainable growth.
