SoftSquared said on Tuesday it has launched Gridge Observer, a solution to diagnose and manage the performance of development teams where AI and humans work together. The company said Gridge Observer helps users structurally identify results and risks across the full development process that includes AI.

Companies can integrate it with existing collaboration management tools such as Jira and Git to track workflow. They can set directions for improvement around key points that affect performance during project execution and around accountability structures.

SoftSquared has developed its business in the HR tech sector around a model that goes beyond simple staffing dispatch and takes responsibility for development team performance. Based on its development team operations and management business, it recorded sales of 4.0 billion won last year, up about 40 percent from a year earlier.

SoftSquared CEO Lee Ha-neul said, "AI increases development speed, but it does not automatically resolve team performance and accountability." He said, "Gridge Observer is a solution that presents development team operations standards for the AI era, and we will help companies structurally understand and improve the actual performance of their development teams."
