The Korea Broadcasters Association said on Jan. 7 that its leadership will attend CES 2026 in Las Vegas, running through Jan. 9 local time. It plans to review AI-based media technology trends and interact with global media officials.
The delegation includes Korea Broadcasters Association Chairman Bang Moon-shin, executives including the heads of KBS and MBC, and the heads of AI drive units at each broadcaster. They will look at major exhibits and conferences on AI and media platforms.
Bang said, "AI technology is fundamentally changing the overall production, distribution and revenue structure of the media industry." He added, "Through this CES visit, I will flesh out future innovation strategies for the broadcasting industry."
