[Digital Today reporter Hojeong Lee] Devsisters said on Tuesday it will hold the "Cookie Run: Kingdom Art Collaboration Project Special Exhibition – Legacy of the Great Kingdom" on Jan. 23 at Ara Art Center in Insa-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
The exhibition brings together Devsisters’ art collaboration project carried out over the past two years. Devsisters has collaborated since 2024 with 10 intangible cultural heritage masters and artist creators to expand the narrative of "Cookie Run: Kingdom" beyond the game and spread the value of Korean tradition.
The exhibition will run across about 2,843 square meters of space from the first floor above ground to the fourth basement level at Ara Art Center in Insa-dong. Ten traditional craft works reinterpret major characters such as "Beast Cookie" and "Ancient Cookie" and will be presented as an interactive exhibition with direction by media artist group NAU.
Visitors can experience a new dimension of K-content that combines game IP and traditional culture by following five values symbolised by the works: will, history, knowledge, happiness and solidarity.
Exhibition tickets can be booked from Jan. 12 on Naver and NOL Ticket, and admission is 23,000 won for adults. From Jan. 9 to 11, Naver will exclusively open discounted "super early bird" tickets.
All ticket buyers will receive gifts through a lucky draw, including special goods handcrafted by masters, traditional collaboration goods and in-game items. The special exhibition will run until April 12.
