Data company Hecto Data said on Monday it has upgraded its AI sample code service, focusing on improving convenience for API integration.

Hecto Data added six programming languages to the AI sample code service it launched in February and completed a second update.

The added languages are Kotlin, PHP, C#, Go, Rust and Ruby. Hecto Data said the update supports a total of 9 widely used programming languages, securing a service foundation that can respond to diverse development environments.

The company said the AI sample code service automatically generates code in real time that developers can refer to when linking various APIs and services, including asset management, healthcare and financial transactions.

When a customer chooses a Hecto Data API product to integrate, AI automatically applies the core information needed to retrieve data, including required input values, and immediately provides executable sample code. The customer can use the sample code to match its service development environment. Developers can quickly grasp the API integration structure and proceed faster with code generation and testing, the company said.

The number of sample code generations is steadily increasing. As of May 17, the cumulative total was about 700 cases, and usage has continued at close to 300 cases a month since the early days of the launch, maintaining a stable usage trend. The most used APIs were financial products, including quick inquiries on personal and corporate account information, inquiries on bank demand deposit and withdrawal transaction history, and inquiries on personal and corporate loan transaction history. Many also used real estate auction and auto information APIs, including searches for auction cases and vehicle specification information.

The company said user reviews also show positive reactions such as "It helps with work."

A Hecto Data official said the AI sample code service supports developers in quickly understanding and testing API integration structures, playing a practical role in improving customers' development productivity. The official said the company will continue to expand supported API products and programming languages based on customer usage patterns and feedback, and further advance its API development guide to improve data integration convenience and service competitiveness.
