Enterprise solution company Younglimwon Softlab said on Tuesday that its hybrid ERP solution, SystemCloud for, has obtained cloud service verification certification from the Korea Cloud Industry Association (KACI).
The cloud service verification system is a certification programme run by KACI. It comprehensively evaluates cloud service quality, stability, security and service operation capabilities to verify reliability, and issues an official confirmation to services that meet certain standards. The certification is being used as an objective criterion when adopting cloud services in the public and private sectors.
SystemCloud for is a hybrid cloud ERP service with industry-specific standard processes built in. Hybrid ERP allows limited additional development and customer customisation while providing cloud-based operational efficiency and scalability.
Younglimwon Softlab said the certification objectively demonstrates that SystemCloud for has the capability to provide ERP and business systems in a stable cloud-based environment. Based on that, it plans to accelerate the spread of cloud ERP, focusing on public institutions and mid-sized and small companies.
Bang Young-il, head of Younglimwon Softlab's Cloud Management Research Institute, said the certification is meaningful because it verifies the overall system for cloud service operations rather than functions or individual technologies. He said the company will continue to improve service completeness based on stability and security.
