SSG.com, Shinsegae Group's integrated e-commerce unit, said on Tuesday it will launch "Sseuk Seven Club", a paid membership that gives a fixed 7 percent reward on grocery purchases. The monthly subscription costs 2,900 won and gives 7 percent of the payment amount for Sseuk Delivery product purchases as SSG Money. Sign-ups will be available from the afternoon of Jan. 7.
Sseuk Seven Club members will receive monthly discount coupons that can be used at Shinsegae Department Store Mall and Shinsegae Mall. From March, an optional OTT Tving membership is also set to be added.
To mark the launch, SSG.com will provide customers who sign up in January with benefits including up to 2 months of free use and 3 months of cashback. It will also provide a 1-month Tving pass and grocery support funds.
From Jan. 8, it will also run the "Sseuk Grocery Festa", offering membership-only discounted products and coupons.
