To mark Family Month, commemorative stamps and illustrated postcards themed on the character “Teenieping” will be released.
Korea Post under the Ministry of Science and ICT said on April 27 it will sell 700,000 commemorative stamps and 10,000 sets of illustrated postcards featuring the characters and world of “Princess Catch! Teenieping” from May 4.
The Catch! Teenieping series is a South Korean animation depicting Princess Romi of the Kingdom of Emotions going on adventures with Teenieping. Since its first broadcast in 2020, it has won broad affection and is also gaining strong popularity overseas. The commemorative stamps feature various Teenieping characters, including the love fairy “Hachuping,” which represents the Teenieping series.
Park In-hwan (박인환), head of Korea Post, said, “The Teenieping commemorative stamps will deliver dreams and hope to children’s daily lives in Family Month.” He added, “I hope the warm world and enjoyable stories that Teenieping delivers will be remembered by many people for a long time.”
