SK AX will work with Daishin Securities to strengthen the stability of financial infrastructure operations through its agentic AI-based operations service, AXgenticWire (AXgenticWire) NPO.

SK AX said on Wednesday it will integrate and manage Daishin Securities’ overall IT operations for the next 7 years. It said it will strengthen the stability of financial infrastructure operations through a phased rollout of AXgenticWire NPO.

SK AX will operate and maintain Daishin Securities’ IT infrastructure, including servers, storage and networks. It plans to improve the brokerage’s IT operations framework with agentic AI to prevent system failures and increase operational efficiency.

SK AX said one of the biggest concerns in the financial industry is responding to failures. It said introducing the AXgenticWire NPO operating framework will prevent human error and enable advance action in problem situations. The company said agentic AI can detect, analyse, judge and complete actions in advance, and can proactively block operational risks by managing the work environment in an integrated way.

Daishin Securities plans to first run a pilot of AI agents for monitoring, backup, failure response and situation management. It will then gradually expand the scope to performance, capacity, availability and security agents.

Jong-guk Hong (홍종국), head of Daishin Securities’ IT division, said the company will work with SK AX to introduce an agentic AI-based IT operations framework. He said it will build stable financial infrastructure centred on prevention in advance, beyond responding to failures. He said it will improve operational efficiency and service reliability and further strengthen Daishin Securities’ digital finance competitiveness.

Yong-shin Kim (김용신), head of SK AX’s cloud business division, said financial services are an area where even a single failure cannot be tolerated. He said the company plans to continuously strengthen digital finance competitiveness by proactively blocking risks such as failures through the agentic AI-based AXgenticWire NPO operating framework.
