AI and cloud company MegazoneCloud said on Wednesday it signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement with Datadog, an AI-based observability and security platform company for cloud applications. It said it will support customers in the operations management of generative AI services.
MegazoneCloud is Datadog's first partner in the Asia Pacific and Japan region to sign an SCA.
An SCA is an agreement that companies sign to maintain strategic, long-term cooperation beyond a typical partnership. MegazoneCloud plans to combine its AI and cloud build-and-run capabilities with Datadog's observability technology to help enterprise customers operate generative AI services in a stable manner.
The companies will pursue cooperation focused on support for AI operations management based on LLM observability and expansion in the Asia Pacific and Japan market.
They will assemble a service package combining MegazoneCloud's AI and cloud build-and-run capabilities with Datadog's LLM observability platform and work to secure customer cases. They plan to expand the scope of cooperation centered on the Asia Pacific and Japan region and to continuously strengthen the partnership through joint marketing and technical seminars.
MegazoneCloud CEO Dong-hoon Yeom (염동훈) said signing the first SCA in the Asia Pacific region with Datadog demonstrates MegazoneCloud's global-level technological capabilities. He said the companies will help customers manage complex LLM environments in a stable way without blind spots and push AI innovation faster and more proactively based on the two companies' solutions.
