ITCEN Core said on Wednesday it unveiled a "digital-based integrated compliance management strategy" with the Korea Compliance Certification Institute to respond to a tightening global regulatory environment.

Through a joint "digital-based compliance management system advancement seminar" held on April 15 with the Korea Compliance Certification Institute, ITCEN Core presented a next-generation advanced roadmap covering overall corporate risk, from ESG evaluation response to real-time risk monitoring.

The strategy presented by ITCEN Core focuses on building a "digital risk management system" that moves away from traditional approaches centered on after-the-fact inspections and detects and prevents risks in real time based on data integrity.

ITCEN Core presented an advanced ESG strategy aimed at managing sustainability across the entire supply chain and securing data-based trust. It stressed that systematic data management is a key element for securing corporate competitiveness, as the ESG paradigm is shifting beyond simple disclosure to building governance with partners and execution-focused roadmaps.

In the area of compliance management, it unveiled a response strategy using "Cen's Compliance," based on the global standard ISO 37301.

It also detailed plans to build an integrity system that automatically reflects the latest legal changes in its system through links with the National Law Information Center, allowing flexible responses to regulatory changes and blocking potential losses arising from legal violations.

An ITCEN Core official said the strategies unveiled this time would serve as guidelines enabling companies to proactively manage risks based on data even in a complex regulatory environment. The official added it plans to continue developing a digital risk management platform that raises companies' internal control standards.
