Digital advertising company InCross said on Jan. 5 that SK Networks has become its new largest shareholder.

InCross said it has completed all procedures related to a share sale agreement signed in October last year between SK Square and SK Networks, and that SK Networks became its largest shareholder as of Jan. 2. InCross will begin 2026 management under a new governance structure as a subsidiary of SK Networks.

The company said the governance reorganisation goes beyond a simple change in ownership structure and will help InCross secure new growth engines and serve as an opportunity to take a step forward.

InCross plans to generate results in 2026 through synergies with its new largest shareholder, having provided integrated advertising services spanning online and offline channels and strengthened its commerce expertise even amid rapidly changing market conditions.

InCross CEO Son Yoon-jung said, "This change in largest shareholder is a meaningful opportunity for InCross to secure distinctive competitiveness in the advertising and commerce industry together with SK Networks, which has both technological capabilities and infrastructure." She said, "2026 will be the first year of a leap in which we make AI technology innovation and business synergies visible based on cooperation between the two companies, and raise corporate value to the next level."
