AhnLab Cloudmate, an AhnLab subsidiary specialising in AX and managed service provider (MSP) services, said on Thursday it has relocated its headquarters to Smart K A Tower in the Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi Province.

AhnLab Cloudmate held a vision declaration ceremony at the new office and shared its mid- to long-term business direction and strategy.

AhnLab Cloudmate announced a vision titled “the trust layer beyond AX,” expressing its intention to serve as a “trust layer” that provides a technology foundation AX customers can rely on in an environment where AI becomes an everyday foundation, beyond AX environments.

Based on the new vision, AhnLab Cloudmate plans to move beyond its existing business centred on cloud operations and management services (MSP) and to accelerate a shift to an AX-focused business structure that combines AI-based solutions with architecture design capabilities. It plans to strengthen service competitiveness based on customer trust, build an integrated response system based on collaboration among specialised personnel, and advance technology capabilities centred on AI and cloud.

Chief Executive Hyung-jun Kim (김형준) said, “As AI technology becomes more deeply involved in actual decision-making, the importance of ‘trust’ that enables people to use it with confidence is growing.” He added, “With this vision declaration as a turning point, AhnLab Cloudmate will provide differentiated AX value based on proven solutions and cloud-native and AI-native technology capabilities.”
