IBK Industrial Bank of Korea said on Jan. 5 it will attend CES 2026, held in Las Vegas from Jan. 6 to 9 local time. It said it will be the only South Korean bank to operate a standalone booth.

The bank will run the IBK Innovation Hall at Eureka Park in the Venetian Expo under the slogan, "The Harmony of Technology and Capital".

The IBK Innovation Hall will showcase IBK's innovation finance capabilities, including a new technology evaluation system, a K-content investment process and an ESG precision diagnosis system. The bank will also operate an experience zone where visitors can try the three systems through kiosk-style screens.

At CES, the bank will set up booths inside the IBK Innovation Hall for 7 promising startups selected through the new technology evaluation system, supporting them in displaying their products and services.

It will also introduce to visitors IBK's accumulated know-how in cultural content investment and ESG consulting through demonstration programs for the K-content investment process and the ESG precision diagnosis system.

At the IBK Changgong Hall to be set up in the Integrated Korea Pavilion, a promotional booth will be operated to support the global expansion of 15 promising startups nurtured through the startup incubation platform IBK Changgong.

Kim In-tae, head of the Innovation Finance Group, said the CES 2026 participation will directly show the process of how IBK's financial systems identify innovative companies and link them to financial and non-financial support. He said IBK plans to continue promoting globally its financial know-how and the innovative companies it discovers through it.
