Kwon Young-beom, CEO of Younglimwon Softlab, delivers a keynote speech at the “2026 Corporate Culture Innovation Seminar” held on April 15 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Seocho-gu, Seoul.

Enterprise solutions firm Younglimwon Softlab said on April 15 it held the “2026 Corporate Culture Innovation Seminar” at the JW Marriott Hotel in Seocho-gu, Seoul, under the theme “Can we survive in the AI era without asking questions?”

About 120 corporate officials attended the event.

In his keynote speech, Kwon Young-beom (권영범), CEO of Younglimwon Softlab, said AI is advancing to the point of overwhelming human abilities, but corporate management still remains centred on hierarchy and on carrying out instructions. He stressed that creativity and innovation are difficult to bring out in structures where members rely on supervisors' instructions rather than thinking and judging for themselves.

Kwon presented “autonomy and trust-based organisational design” as a solution. He said organisations should provide an environment in which members can work and make judgments as independent actors, and should enable cooperation and synergy to arise naturally based on trust.

Younglimwon Softlab introduced 3 mobile solutions to support this. They are EverAsk, which helps free questioning and creative communication; EverOnSaram, aimed at restoring inner strength and human nature; and EverGrowing, which links personal growth and organisational development through autonomous practice toward shared goals. EverAsk and EverOnSaram are being used first internally at Younglimwon Softlab after development, and EverGrowing is currently under development.

Kwon said corporate culture innovation is not completed in a short period, but change is possible by improving information sharing and communication structures based on digital infrastructure such as ERP systems and smartphones.
