Wantedlab said on April 15 it has revamped its enterprise AI agent creation and operations solution brand to “ennoia (ennoia)” and will target the “company-wide AX (AI transformation)” market.
The rebranding is part of an effort to move beyond the developer-focused and experimental platform image of its existing “Wanted LaaS (LLM-as-a-Service)” and expand into a general-purpose enterprise platform that supports AX at an organisation-wide level. Company-wide AX focuses on enabling all members of a company to use AI routinely to deliver results.
According to the company, ennoia is an integrated platform designed to help companies link AI to tangible outcomes. It allows sensitive data to be managed securely through on-premises deployments. It also centrally manages multi-agent operation logs to meet security and control requirements. The company stressed it supports the latest generative AI technologies, including agentic AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), in platform and SDK form, enabling more accurate answers and work automation based on in-house data.
Wantedlab is also pursuing an “enterprise AX integrated support package” business to support corporate AX across the entire process, beyond providing the platform. The Wantedlab package supports everything from AI training and practical application to infrastructure buildout and talent management.
Hyung-min Joo (주형민), head of AX business at Wantedlab, said, “We have comprehensively advanced the platform so it can use rapidly changing AI technologies safely and effectively in enterprise environments, with security, versatility and the ability to adopt the latest technologies.” He added, “Through ennoia and the enterprise AX integrated support package, we will become a practical enterprise AX partner that supports not only technology adoption but also how organisations work.”
