Webzen said on April 14 it will officially release the indie game "Memories: Forsaken by Light" ("Memories") on Steam and the Epic Games Store on April 28.
Memories is a turn-based strategy role-playing game developed by Black Anchor and published by Webzen.
The game was introduced in early access on Steam and the Epic Games Store in October 2023 under the name "Lemoore". It improved its world setting, combat and progression systems by reflecting feedback from early players. It changed its title to "Memories" in February and prepared for its official launch.
Set in a medieval fantasy world with pixel graphics, the game follows an expedition to restore Memories, which has lost its light. Players can develop an expedition team by combining skills and weapons and explore more than 80 areas.
In the official release version, it expands the main quest content and additionally introduces 4 new characters. For global gamers, it supports 8 languages including English, Chinese and French.
