Gemini Enterprise is an AI platform that supports companies in building and using AI tools as needed based on their own data.

CJ Olive Young explained it decided to adopt Gemini Enterprise to respond proactively as data-driven decision-making and personalised services emerge as core competitiveness in the retail industry. Olive Young has upgraded its data infrastructure and continuously expanded the scope of AI applications.

CJ Olive Young plans to introduce generative AI technology across its operations and create an environment where any employee can improve work methods with AI. In particular, non-developer roles such as merchandise planners and marketing staff can build AI tools themselves and use them for tasks such as market research and customer data analysis that were previously done manually.

It also plans to apply AI to stores. The company said it will upgrade operating methods, including using AI to monitor store displays and inventory status in real time. It also plans to use AI as it expands its global business. Olive Young plans to provide product information tailored to each country's language environment and customer characteristics.

CJ Olive Young plans to move beyond simply using AI tools and, in the future, introduce AI across platform operations, including its logistics network, to pursue operational innovation over the long term.
