AI and data-based HR tech platform Worksphere said on April 14 it signed a memorandum of understanding with the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s Lifelong Education Support Center for People with Borderline Intelligence, known as the MIM Center, to support the independence of borderline intelligence youth.
Under the partnership, Worksphere will provide tailored education and work experience opportunities for borderline intelligence youth and expand, together with the MIM Center, a social resource network to support their independence. The two sides plan to continue cooperation across multiple areas, including jointly 추진 education and work experience programs, developing resources for independence support, and improving awareness and identifying new areas of cooperation.
The two sides plan to join the 2026 Future Tomorrow Work Experience Project (ESG support type) as a new operator. The project is led by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and supported by the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry Integrated Support Center.
Jeong Seung-il (정승일), head of Worksphere’s career business division, said it was meaningful to create a foothold where borderline intelligence youth in a blind spot of institutional support can build practical work experience and job skills so they are not isolated. He said Worksphere will take the lead in expanding support to create a hiring environment where youth can work safely and have more employment opportunities.
