IBK Investment Securities has launched an artificial intelligence asset diagnosis service that covers financial products as well as real estate, a key investment asset for wealthy clients.

The company said on the 28th that it added the AI asset diagnosis service to its mobile trading system Wings.

The service provides four functions: financial asset AI analysis, AI prescriptions, AI theme portfolios and AI real estate information. It analyses financial and property assets and offers customised solutions.

The AI real estate information feature includes search tools for sales, leases, preferred areas and environmental conditions. It also offers rankings based on eight indicators such as price volatility and transaction volume under a tailored complex search. The apartment complex comparison service uses generative AI to predict future value and provide insights based on actual transaction prices and complex characteristics.

The service also uses generative AI to analyse financial holdings and asset allocation. It shows concentration at a glance and suggests customised portfolios based on investment preferences and market conditions. It compares crisis response and returns.

It also offers AI theme portfolios that design and suggest step-by-step portfolios for goals such as building 100 million won, buying a home and preparing retirement funds.

A company official said the AI asset diagnosis service allows users to manage financial and real estate assets through the mobile trading system and added that the firm will continue to enhance services suited for the AI era.
