Cloud-based observability company Dynatrace has agreed to acquire telemetry pipeline company Bindplane, Techzine reported on April 9 local time.

Bindplane provides an open-standards-based telemetry pipeline. It handles data filtering, masking and encryption across the entire observability platform to improve data quality and help reduce collection costs. It also provides a migration path for switching from traditional monitoring tools to cloud-native observability.

Dynatrace Chief Product Officer Steve Tack (스티브 택) said, "As data volumes surge and AI becomes central to software development and operations, customers need an integrated and open approach to data management."

The acquisition will strengthen Dynatrace's log management and analysis capabilities.

Earlier this year, Dynatrace launched Dynatrace Intelligence, an autonomous operations system that combines deterministic AI and agent AI.
