Younglimwon Softlab, an enterprise solutions company, said on Wednesday it has completed an ERP implementation project for infection-control medical supplies company KM Healthcare.

The project integrated separately run logistics, accounting and production systems using Younglimwon Softlab’s K-System Ace. It also linked enterprise data from overseas contract manufacturing management to manufacturing cost calculation.

Younglimwon Softlab said it built an integrated environment that operates without data breaks, reflecting a complex supply chain structure spanning a Myanmar overseas plant and domestic production and logistics.

The project began in June 2025 and ran for about 9 months until the ERP launch in January 2026. It was carried out in 3 stages: planning, implementation and stabilization. Younglimwon Softlab improved key enterprise processes through measures including reorganising item information management, improving the order-to-shipment linkage process, integrating with a warehouse management system, automating supply planning, managing overseas contract manufacturing, automatically calculating manufacturing costs based on bills of materials, and automating expense vouchers. KM Healthcare integrated inventory, costs, sales and supply plans into a single data system and secured an operating framework that can respond quickly to demand changes.

A KM Healthcare official said the project was not a simple system build but an opportunity to reorganise its decision-making system by connecting supply chain and management data into one. The official said the company plans to continue upgrading its data-driven operating framework based on ERP.

Younglimwon Softlab Vice President Yun-kyung Park (박윤경) said the project integrated workflows across logistics, production and accounting to reflect the complex supply chain structure of the medical device industry. She said the company will continue to support customers so they can create practical changes across overall business operations through ERP upgrades that reflect industry characteristics.
